It's been a long time coming! Store managers can now edit a staff member's name and email address. Head to your staff management page and click Actions next to any staff member, then click Edit to change their name or email address.

Managers can now notify only the rostered staff when publishing the roster. This prevents staff who are not rostered from getting unnecessary notifications.

Improved roster published notifications

We've made a slight improvement to the Roster Published email notifications. Staff can now see the entire week's roster in the email notification instead of having to navigate to the Timetable page.

We still recommend checking out the roster on the Timetable page as managers can change the roster after publishing.

A refreshed look

Over the past couple of months, we've been working on a refreshed design. We felt that certain areas of the site were beginning to get cluttered with minor new features and things generally felt messy and unclear, especially for new users.

This update has improved WeRoster's usability on mobile, which will be a big focus for us going forward. The staff Timetable page is now much more responsive.

If you find something that doesn't look right or if you have feedback about the new design please let us know. Your feedback is invaluable in improving WeRoster.

We're constantly making improvements to WeRoster, small and large. The purpose of this blog is to keep store owners/managers and staff in the loop about upcoming features and changes.
